1. How
many exam rooms do you have?
Our largest site at 4085
University Boulevard South has 13 fully equipped exam rooms.
Our West Jacksonville
annex office at 810 Lane Avenue is within a large family practice partnership
and has 4 research dedicated, fully equipped exam rooms.
Our St. Augustine satellite
office has one fully equipped exam room.

Do you have ECG capabilities?
Yes all three locations
have 12 lead ECG machines and Rhythm strip capabilities. We also have extensive
experience in Holter and Ambulatory Blood Pressure monitoring.

Do you have emergency equipment on site?
Yes, a completely stocked
Stat kit, ACLS certified staff, mobile 0xygen, and a certified defibrillator
are available at all locations.

Do you have experience with RDE (remote data entry)?
Our coordinators have
extensive experience with RDE, in excess of 60 completed protocols.

Do you have long term record storage?
Active CRF's are kept
on site. Archived studies are kept in a secured space on site at JCCR. All study file notebooks are kept on site.

Can you use a central IRB?
Outpatient studies may
use a central IRB. Inpatient studies require the use of the institutional
IRB.

What central IRB's do you have experience with?
Quorum IRB, Coast IRB, Chesapeake Research Review, New England IRB, Schulman Associates IRB, and varios others.

Do you have a -70 degree freezer?
We have a -70 degree,
and a -32 degree refrigerator. We also can utilize a refrigerated centrifuge.

Do you have locked refrigerator drug storage?
All JCCR sites have a
locked refridgerator dedicated to drug storage.

What are the number of studies per coordinator?
Each dedicated coordinator
manages 3-5 studies.
